COVID 19 UPDATE

This Pandemic has created a lot of uncertainty for all of us. We are writing to let you know that we are taking this situation very serious. The health and safety of our members, staff and community is our top priority.

In response to this current situation, we will try our best to continue to provide you with the support and service to which you are accustomed. There are things that are out of our control at this point but there are things we can control.

Here are the precautions we are taking in response:

  1. The use of gloves, mask and other safety practices in all departments.
  2. Sanitation supplies are well stocked and being used more frequently.
  3. Frequent and proper hand washing.
  4. Safe distancing among staff.

Safe distancing has delayed our processing abilities as we can only have a limited number of staff working at one time.

Once this pandemic is over and things will go back to normal, we will be able to offer same day shipping and the many perks our customers are accustomed to. Thank you for supporting us through these times we hope this message helps you understand what we are working through.

Please be aware of shipping delays during this time.  We cannot be held liable to delays via Canada Post.

When it comes to receiving packages in the mail, we have been advised by Canada Post that the risk remains very low. It should be noted that Canada Post has pandemic protocols in place and they intend to keep shipping and even increase operations to best meet Canadian’s needs as this unfolds.
